Check out www.perfectagent.com!

I created an online resume at a website called Perfect Agent. It is of course free and totally worth the work. Here is my online career-seeking presence (http://www.pdcenter.com/brianstover). I'm going to put the URL on the bottom of my signature when I send email to perspective employers to see if it peaks interest. This may be a good tool for anyone looking for a position change. Just thought you should know. That's all for now.

P.S. I will put it in the Free Stuff section of the blog...

Thank you to those who have already signed up and I look forward to getting to know you during the next three years together. Please invite any other doctorial classmates you come across throughout this program to join us. Simply give them my email address and request it or give me their email address and they will be invited to join.

The more people we get to join, the bigger the network we form. This will serve us not only in this program, but after we depart from it as well. As Emmanuel stated in our residency class, "knowledge is power," and we now have the opportunity to use our knowledge to create a truly powerful alley to assist us in our pursuits. The alley is the network we form with one another.

Thanks and I'll talk with you soon.

Post About You Instructor and Invite You Classmates

Why don't we use this blog as a tool for our UOP experience...

Everyone please do two things for us all; First, report the good and bad points of your instructors with regard to mentorship or committee-ship (As best as you can) and Second, invite your classmates to visit the blog. Tell them to contact me (Brian Stover) via my email (you can give it to them or tell then to get it off of the website) if they would like to be members.

If we can keep track of the instructors (via this blog), we may have an easier time of picking them. I may post the "Mentor Model" on here if that will help. This blog will archive each month so we can definately reflect on instructor comments as we go. Put "Mentor Eval" in the title so we can keep track of them through the archives.

The more folks we have on this, the more information we can share with one another. Thank you for posting everyone.

Anyone Recognize This Building?

Everyone,
The "comments" field under each picture is there for you to post comments too, if you wish. Click on the word itself and post. Don't be affraid of commenting. In order for this to work, you all need to post too. Thanks Kathy for starting with a post other than mine.

He attributes his entry into radio broadcasting to Letitia "Tish" Jackson and her "Wings of Faith" morning show, where he won a deejay for a day contest via the internet. His show, "Night Praise Celebration" airs live each Saturday evening (7:00pm - Midnight), where he plays the latest in gospel hits, as well as traditional music from the past. He also features "Invitation to Salvation", "Sunday School Highlights", "The Prayer List", and Gospel Comedy on each show as a part of his ministry. He firmly believes Proverbs 20:18, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." and his vision is to renew an interest in Sunday school, consistent intercessory prayer for all in need, and encouragement for those seeking Christ.
